The Practice
The phrase I keep returning to. The question underneath the work.
Be Your Own Muse is not a program. It is not a method I sell. It is the phrase I keep returning to across hypno journeys, journals, retreats, and conversations, because it names the only real work I am interested in.
Most women have spent years being the muse for someone else. A partner. A boss. A culture. A version of themselves they outgrew but kept performing. They became fluent in being looked at, and slowly forgot how to look.
The work is the return. Not to a former self. That woman is gone. To the one who is already here, watching everything, waiting to be acknowledged.
To be your own muse is to stop waiting to be seen, and start doing the looking yourself.
I work with women through subconscious practice, environment, ritual, and self-regard. The tools change. The question doesn't.
Who are you when no one is shaping you? What does she want. How does she move. What rooms does she walk into. What does she stop tolerating. What does she finally name.
Everything I make is a different way of asking that question.
The Bodies of Work
Entry Point · Free
A structured look at who is currently shaping you, and who you actually are underneath it. The first way into the work.
Inquiry · 30 Days
A guided written practice in four phases: awareness, release, reconnection, becoming. For the part of the work that asks you to sit down and look.
Practice · 90 Days
A daily tracker for the woman who has done the looking and now has to live it. Standards, embodiment, priorities, self-regard, practiced rather than performed.
Subconscious
Audio recordings that work below the level of strategy. Self-perception, intimacy, presence, identity, addressed where they actually live.
In Person
Femme Ritual in Marrakech. Reset at JFK Farms. Visibility in Madrid. Each location is the same work, in a different language.
Ongoing
A membership for women in sustained identity work. Not a course. A place to stay in the practice rather than dip into it.
Begin
Free. Honest. The first time you sit with the question instead of around it.
Take the AuditNo timeline. No performance. Just a look.
